Expressions of interest for student placement for 2019 are now open. Please read the eligibility requirements below before submitting a form.
Baseline for Young People is committed to promoting and maintaining a workforce of appropriately trained professionals. One of the ways the service works towards this is by supporting Youth Work students to complete their fieldwork placement, assisting them to make the transition into employment in the sector. As such Baseline is committed to taking on student placements subject to the following requirements:
Students must be studying an approved Bachelor Degree level Youth Work course and have a valid Victorian Working with Children Check. Priority will be given to students who live in, or have a significant connection to the City of Whittlesea.
